Therapy for your soul.
Adult and Adolescent Virtual Psychotherapy in California
đżEMDR Therapyđż
EMDR helps your nervous system gently process and release experiences that still feel stuck, overwhelming, or easily triggered. You donât have to relive everything to healâyour brain already knows how to move toward relief when given the right support.
đHighly Sensitive Peopleđ
This season of life can feel full of pressure, uncertainty, and big emotional waves. Therapy offers a steady place to sort through who you are, where youâre going, and how to feel more grounded and confident along the way.
đ±Young Adultsđ±
If you feel things deeply, get overwhelmed easily, or have always felt a bit âtoo muchâ for the world, youâre not brokenâyouâre sensitive in a powerful way. Therapy can help you learn how to work with your senstivity instead of constantly fighting it.
I believe healing happens in spaces where you donât have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out. Many of the people I work with are sensitive, thoughtful, and deeply feelingâyet often find themselves overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying experiences that still live in their nervous system. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate presence where we can gently make sense of what youâve been through and help your system find more ease, safety, and freedom.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in approaches like EMDR, mindfulness, and nervous-system-based therapy. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and the lingering impact of difficult or painful experiences. Therapy with me isnât about forcing changeâitâs about creating the right conditions for your mind and body to do what they already know how to do: move toward healing. My hope is that our work together feels collaborative, gentle, and empoweringâand that over time, you begin to feel more grounded in yourself, more connected to others, and more at home in your own life.
Outside the therapy room, Iâm someone whoâs deeply nourished by connection and time in nature. I love spending time with friends and family, hiking, swimming, and rollerblading, as well as quieter moments with a good book or a yoga class. Iâm also honored to serve as the 2026 Sponsorship Chair for LACAMFT, a volunteer role that reflects my commitment to supporting the therapist community and the field as a whole.
